What you can raise
- Access, correction or deletion of your personal data or test results
- Withdrawing consent to sharing with colleges, or stopping calls, SMS, WhatsApp or emails
- A parent or guardian’s concern about a child’s data
- Problems with your test, report or verification code
- Conduct of a CareerTest counsellor or partner
- Any other complaint about the website
How to file a grievance
- Write to us. Email or call the Grievance Officer with your name, the mobile number or email you used on CareerTest Education, and details of the issue.
- Acknowledgement. We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours.
- Resolution. We aim to resolve it within the time set out in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Escalation. If you are not satisfied, reply to the same thread and it will be reviewed by senior management.
For data protection matters, you may also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023, after using this process.
